Aerolite Prices & Cost Guide

Compare current prices across the Aerolite Soft Touch range, including roll coverage, R-values and approximate cost per m², to help you choose the right ceiling insulation for your project and budget.

Choosing the Right Aerolite Thickness

The roll price alone does not show the full material cost of an insulation project. Aerolite rolls provide different coverage depending on thickness, so cost per square metre is useful when comparing the range.

Thermal performance should also be considered. Higher R-values provide greater resistance to heat flow, so the most suitable thickness should be selected according to the insulation performance required rather than price alone.

Current Price Comparison
Product Coverage R-Value Roll Price Approx. Cost / m²
50mm Aerolite 12m² 1.14 R520 R43.33/m²
100mm Aerolite 7.2m² 2.50 R619 R85.97/m²
135mm Aerolite 6m² 3.38 R629 R104.83/m²

Price Per Roll

Roll prices vary by thickness because coverage and thermal performance differ between the three Aerolite products.

Cost Per m²

Comparing cost per square metre gives a more useful material-cost comparison than looking at the roll price alone.

Compare Three Thicknesses

Compare 50mm, 100mm and 135mm Aerolite by thermal performance, coverage and material cost.

Prices shown are for insulation material only. Professional installation is quoted separately. Comparing cost per square metre can be more useful than comparing roll prices alone.
